Here is an example of a morning snack at our house. My kids are up and fed by 7:30 in the morning, therefore snack time is usually 10 am. You may have noticed that all my snacks and meals include fruit. My kids LOVE fruit. I am trying to get them to enjoy vegetables. This is an ongoing challenge.
My snack plate includes:
graham crackers
strawberries
raisins
yogurt bites (store bought in the baby food isle)
It is an easy snack with something sweet.
This week, I will be making frozen yogurt bites. They are a nice cold treat for the kids and they consist of only yogurt that is frozen. I will post this with pictures soon.
